I emailed Chris in the morning about a door that was difficult to shut and almost impossible to lock/unlock. He came the same evening, replaced a lock and adjusted the door and hinges in an efficient and quick manner. We are certainly very pleased with the price and quality of work. We would definitely recommend him for his excellent work and professional approach.
